Don't hate the commissioner. This is a democracy vote  based system. The rules that are passed/denied is decided on by the league not one man. 

GHOSTING RULE

If you miss 3 starts in a week you are subject to a $5 penalty. If you miss 3 starts in another week after that you are subject to a $10 penalty. 

WAIVER ADDS

You are allowed 4 free waiver wire adds per a week. After that each waiver add will cost $5. If you have a player that can be moved to the IL you will be given a free waiver wire add but the corresponding move has to relate to the player being moved to the IL designation 

NEW RULE STARTING 2026 (Pending League Discussion)

No player drafted in the 1st or 2nd rounds can be kept as a keeper. Each teams gets 3 keepers.

IL ACTIVATION 

player that is designated on the IL has a 3 day grace period. After that the team is subject to a daily fine of $5 until activated 

LEAGUE FEES 

$300

Payouts go to 1st,2nd,3rd place. The team with a player with the most home runs and era leader will each be awarded $300. 

PUTTING UP A VOTE

Any team owner can bring up a vote. No voting during season and no voting on new rules while a current vote is up. In the event of a tie commissioner will rule. 

TRADES 

All trades are subject to review by the league. A majority vote can veto.

DRAFT ORDER/ LOCKING KEEPERS

Each year it will be voted on when keepers are to be locked. Immediately following keepers being locked a draft order will be drawn

All fines and penalties accrued during the season will be added to the 1st,2nd,3rd place purses
